Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product is shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order ID.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only for eligible cancellations or defective/damaged products.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Payments & Razorpay
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card/banking details. Refunds, once approved, are routed via Razorpay and subject to their processing timelines.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for products returned without authorization.
- Customized or perishable items are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of product defects or wrong deliveries.
