  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order ID.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only for eligible cancellations or defective/damaged products.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Payments & Razorpay

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card/banking details. Refunds, once approved, are routed via Razorpay and subject to their processing timelines.

Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for products returned without authorization.
  • Customized or perishable items are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless defective.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of product defects or wrong deliveries.
